Last Days in Jerusalem

Ein Karem southwest of Jerusalem where St John was born. Also outside in a park, a 9/11 Memorial. The longest bridge in the country being finished for a train connecting to Tel Aviv.

The modern Supreme Court building. The court is the most important gov’t entity and often overrules laws if considered unfair. They do not have juries of peers. The senior judge assigns cases and there is a mandatory retirement age.

The above houses the Knesset, or their parliament. Below is the fanciest YMCA I’ve ever seen and below that the famous King David Hotel.

What are these?

The 10K on Jaffa Street following the marathon that shut down the city. It has a light rail and lots of promenaders all the time.
